Great experience with air serv, clint from reeds heating and air in benton was here quick, very friendly and professional, and didn't change me an arm and a leg.

I have had the pleasure of using Aire Serv of Benton for the three years I have owned this home. I was very pleased that Shawn had a working knowledge of my antiquated system and was able to recommend upgrades rather than total replacement. He also services my air system too. Always on time, and I am very comfortable with all his workers. As a single senior female, trust is high on my requirements for anybody coming into my home. Highly recommend this business.

We are very pleased with AireServ. They service both our homes and office. They were the only ones knowledgeable to regulate the existing heat pump system to properly cool our house where the "yellow" guys said I needed a new $18,000 system. They replaced the old air system in our office with a heat pump and we couldn't be more pleased with it. They upgraded our thermostats to automatic ones that switch between heat and air as the seasons change -- awesome for spring and fall when one day you need ac and the next it's below freezing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Five-stars for them!

During the middle of the night, I woke up sweating. I went outside to see if the condenser/compressor was running. It was not running, so the next morning I was at Aireserv when they opened. They actually worked me in that day. Kirk diagnosed the problem very quickly and actually had the parts to fix the problem. Iwould highly recommend Aireserv for HVAC repair.

Had my furnace go out (maybe 2 years ago) and they responded very quickly, fixed it during that visit, and charged a very reasonable price. Best part... It is STILL working fine.
